Hyatt Regency Hotel in St. Louis

The Hyatt Regency is a very beautiful and nice hotels in St. Louis. This is not at all what I expected. It’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel. It has 4 star prices but when we were there in the hallways sat dirty room service dishes for 24 hours at one room in a main hallway. The wait to check in was 20 minutes. Once I got up to my spot they informed me the room wasn’t ready even though they told us to be there at that time. The rooms were ugly and very old looking. Then to top it off - after I received my bill 2 weeks later they overcharged me by $185.00. To sum this up - I will not stay there again; I will go to another hotel in the area instead for sure.

Holiday Inn Newark Hotel

Holiday Inn Newark hotel is a very wonderful hotel. The staff is very good. Room was very dirty, ridiculous housekeeping service. I felt very humiliated going to this Newark hotels. I tried to make coffee and the machine kept spitting out dirt. I called downstairs over and over to report it. They literally took hours to bring a new one, after I told them that I was never coming back and I would write a mean review. I really hated their service.
