Sheraton on the Park

The Sheraton on the Park is as grand as the name suggests without the snob factor which so many 5 star Sydney Australia hotels seem to suffer from. The hotel room was very clean and beautiful decorated. Checking in with shorts and a t-shirt within the impressively massive lobby, gave me an initial feeling of embarrassment, but as the front desk handed me my key to an executive suite, with the warmth normally associated with the Aussies, you could not help but relax. The doorman had already grabbed my bags out of the cab before I had a chance to look for someone, and before I knew it he was giving me an overview of the hotel amenities and an offer of booking me into the restaurant.
